I'm REALLY excited about the Colore Watercolor Pencils! While I've never used watercolor pencils before, I am both an avid painter and sketcher, so I use watercolors and colored pencils quite often. These are just a great part of both worlds! Solely as colored pencils these are great! They're much sturdier and feel more substantial than your run of the mill colored pencils. Plus, with the included water brush, it makes it easy to turn your sketches into watercolor! I really enjoy that feature. I constantly sketch cookies to decorate, and the watercolor feature will add a whole new dimension to my drawings. I can't wait to play with these more!
One of my favorite parts of this set is the packaging! Normally I'll dump my colored pencils into a little bin to keep them all together, but this comes in a great metal box, with each colored pencil having its own slot. It does a great job protecting the pencils. They are a tiny bit hard to get out of their individual slots, but it's a non-issue. My only other "issue" with this product is that the colored pencils don't have color names on them. There are several that have the same shade on the bottom of the pencil, so you do have to pay attention to the color of the tip itself. I would love for them to have some kind of name on them, but it's a very minor issue for such a great sent of pencils.

As you can see, there's a wide variety of colors available! There's two trays with 36 pencils in each.
Before and after using the watercolor brush! Before: Great yellow color that is vibrant and pretty. After: using the water brush to give the picture the effect of watercolors. It does make it lighter and can crinkle the paper. Suggestion: Use thicker paper and not as much water.
Overall, I would happily buy these again. The color is vibrant and rich, and the watercolor feature is something I never knew I needed! I'm beyond excited to use these again and again!
